Hi dear, If you’ve been following along, you might be recognizing yourself in that in-between space. Not who you were. So the real question becomes: What actually helps you cross? Not more information. Crossing a threshold requires something different. It requires: • A regulated nervous system that can tolerate expansion Because here’s what often happens: You feel the pull. Not because you’re weak. But because transformation without support can feel destabilizing. The women I work with are not beginners. And yet… something still feels "unresolved". They don’t need more concepts and new frameworks. This is why I created Threshold Crossing: a three-part journey designed specifically for women standing in the liminal space. Not to rescue you. But to walk with you as you cross. In the next email, I’ll share how the three parts of this journey work and how you’ll know if it’s right for you. For now, just notice: Are you trying to cross alone? Be well. Warmly, Gayane Kulikyan |

Part One: Orientation We begin by slowing everything down. Not to analyze your life but to listen. What is actually shifting? Where you feel blocked? What is trying to emerge?Where do...
Hi dear, In my last email, I spoke about that feeling of standing on the edge of something new… and not quite moving. Today, I want to name what that space actually is. It’s a threshold. A liminal space. The place between who you’ve been… and who you’re becoming. No one really prepares us for this part. We’re taught how to set goals. How to gather information. How to make plans. But we’re rarely taught how to stand in the in-between. The space where: • The old identity no longer fits• The old...
Hi dear, Does this feel familiar? You receive an insight.Something opens. You journal about the change you sense on the horizon. You can feel that you are not who you were even six months ago. And yet… nothing fully shifts. You’re aware. You’re reflective. You’ve named the pattern. But insight alone doesn’t seem to carry you across. There’s this quiet sense of standing on the edge of something new. You feel the pull toward a different way of living, choosing, being. But you don’t quite feel ready...
