Hi dear, In my last email, I spoke about that feeling of standing on the edge of something new… and not quite moving. Today, I want to name what that space actually is. It’s a threshold. A liminal space. The place between who you’ve been… and who you’re becoming. No one really prepares us for this part. We’re taught how to set goals. But we’re rarely taught how to stand in the in-between. The space where: • The old identity no longer fits And yet… The new hasn’t fully landed. This is where many women begin to doubt themselves. “Why am I still stuck?” But what if you’re not stuck? What if you’re simply unaccompanied? There were seasons in my life when I deeply wished someone steady was holding my hand. When I moved across the country. Standing at a threshold can feel shaky. Not because you’re incapable. In my next email, I’ll share what actually helps someone move through this space in a grounded, embodied way, without bypassing, forcing, or collapsing back into the familiar. If you recognize yourself here, I want you to know: There is nothing wrong with you. You may simply be at a crossing. More soon. Be well. Warmly, Gayane Kulikyan |

There’s this quiet sense of standing on the edge of something new. You feel the pull toward a different way of living, choosing, being. But you don’t quite feel ready...
Hi dear Reader, Yesterday, I was listening to a coaching video addressed to healers in a course I’m currently taking, Next Level Healer. As I was listening, a moth appeared in my home office, completely out of the blue. It first sat quietly on the wooden floor, and then began to fly around the room. It definitely caught my attention. At first, I felt a little startled. And then something in me softened. I sensed it wasn’t random. It felt like a messenger. Later, I looked up the spiritual...
We are living in a time of profound change and I believe what the world needs right now is an amplification of love. We are moving away from the pursuit of happiness for our own sake and reorienting toward the collective good. As old structures collapse, fear, chaos, and despair may arise, but that is not where we stay. Join us for a sacred gathering where we will: Meet ourselves with love, exactly where we are Direct that love toward each other Extend it to the world at large I will call...
