Hi dear Reader, Yesterday, I was listening to a coaching video addressed to healers in a course I’m currently taking, Next Level Healer. As I was listening, a moth appeared in my home office, completely out of the blue. It first sat quietly on the wooden floor, and then began to fly around the room. It definitely caught my attention. At first, I felt a little startled. Later, I looked up the spiritual symbolism of moths, and this is what stood out to me: Moths carry a quiet but powerful spiritual message. They symbolize transformation, intuition, and the courage to move through darkness in search of light. Unlike creatures drawn to the sun, moths navigate the night, guided not by certainty, but by inner knowing. In many spiritual traditions, moths are seen as messengers from the spirit world or from our ancestor, reminding us that growth often requires vulnerability, surrender, and trust. That message stayed with me. So I want to leave you with a gentle reflection: Where in your life are you being invited to trust a little more? With love, PS: If you feel ready to move forward in your life and you sense that you need to clear your energy field, as well as to release the old (whether from this lifetime or others), I invite you to schedule an Akashic Records Reading with me. Join us for a sacred gathering where we will: Meet ourselves with love, exactly where we are Direct that love toward each other Extend it to the world at large I will call...
Hi dear Reader I want to share a small dating scenario that many women will recognize and relate to. I’ve seen this come up not only in my own life, but also in conversations and groups I’ve been part of. What I want to clarify here is not about blaming the other person, but about understanding the process of setting clear boundaries and, just as importantly, noticing how others respond to them — and how we respond to ourselves in those moments. In this particular situation, I matched with...
Hi dear Reader, Do you ever wonder why the same patterns keep reappearing in your life or why, despite all the work you’ve done, something still feels stuck? Maybe you’ve been in therapy.Maybe you’ve worked with mindset shifts.Maybe you’ve explored somatic or energy-based healing. And yet… the pattern hasn’t fully released. If this resonates, I want you to know that you’re not broken and you’re not doing anything wrong. I know this terrain intimately. I’ve been on a self-development and...
