How The Threshold Crossing Actually Works

Over the last few emails, I’ve been speaking to that in-between space.

The place where you know something is ending…
but the new chapter doesn’t feel solid yet.

Today I want to share how Threshold Crossing is designed to support you.

This is a three-part journey. Each session builds on the one before it.

Part One: Orientation

We begin by slowing everything down.

Not to analyze your life but to listen.

What is actually shifting?

Where you feel blocked?
What is trying to emerge?
Where do you feel disconnected from your authority, your joy, your body?

This session prepares you for the journey.
It helps you name the threshold you’re standing at.

Part Two: Clearing & Recalibration

This is where we gently unpack what is keeping you suspended.

Old identities.
Fear patterns.
Loyalty to past versions of yourself.
Nervous system blocks that make expansion feel unsafe.

We work with breath, intuitive guidance, energetic clearing tools, and grounded presence so that insight becomes embodied not just understood.

This is not dramatic or forceful work.

Part Three: Integration & Anchoring

In this final session, we stabilize what has shifted.
We integrate what was revealed.
We identify your next aligned steps if we need to. From a place of clarity and authority, not confusion.
