Hi dear, Over the last few emails, I’ve been speaking to that in-between space. The place where you know something is ending… Today I want to share how Threshold Crossing is designed to support you. This is a three-part journey. Each session builds on the one before it. Part One: Orientation We begin by slowing everything down. Not to analyze your life but to listen. What is actually shifting? Where you feel blocked? This session prepares you for the journey. Part Two: Clearing & Recalibration This is where we gently unpack what is keeping you suspended. Old identities. We work with breath, intuitive guidance, energetic clearing tools, and grounded presence so that insight becomes embodied not just understood. This is not dramatic or forceful work. Here we can work with Akashic Records if you feel drawn to invite in support from your Soul and your spirit guides. Part Three: Integration & Anchoring In this final session, we stabilize what has shifted. By the end, women often say: “I feel clearer.” Not because I gave them answers. But because the fog cleared.
