This Isn’t For Everyone

Hi dear,

Before I formally open invitations, I want to be very clear about something.

Threshold Crossing is not for everyone.

It is not for someone who:

  • Primarily wants more information, frameworks, or spiritual concepts
  • Processes life mostly through analysis and conversation
  • Is looking for someone to rescue, fix, or direct them
  • Prefers staying in familiar discomfort over honest change
  • Wants transformation without responsibility

This work asks something of you.

It asks you to slow down.
To feel.
To look at what you’ve been avoiding.
To release identities that no longer fit.

It asks you to take your own becoming seriously.

You don’t need to be fearless.
But you do need to be willing.

Willing to feel disoriented for a moment.
Willing to meet the grief of outgrowing something.
Willing to stop pretending you don’t know.

Because here’s the truth:

You already sense what needs to shift.

The confusion isn’t because you don’t know.
It’s because crossing requires courage.

If reading this makes you contract…honor that.
If it makes you feel steadier…even better.

In the final email, I’ll share how to know if now is the right time.

With clarity and love,
Gayane

Hi dear, You don’t join Threshold Crossing because it sounds interesting. You join because you are at a real threshold. You feel it in your body. You know something is ending. You know you cannot go back. You know staying suspended is exhausting. And you also know, this isn’t about gathering more insight. It’s about crossing. Threshold Crossing is a three-part private journey designed to: • Clarify what is truly shifting • Clear what is keeping you suspended • Anchor you into your next...

Hi dear, Over the last few emails, I’ve been speaking to that in-between space. The place where you know something is ending…but the new chapter doesn’t feel solid yet. Today I want to share how Threshold Crossing is designed to support you. This is a three-part journey. Each session builds on the one before it. Part One: Orientation We begin by slowing everything down. Not to analyze your life but to listen. What is actually shifting? Where you feel blocked? What is trying to emerge?Where do...

Hi dear, If you’ve been following along, you might be recognizing yourself in that in-between space. Not who you were. Not yet fully who you’re becoming. So the real question becomes: What actually helps you cross? Not more information. Not another podcast episode. Not another insight you journal about at midnight. Crossing a threshold requires something different. It requires: • A regulated nervous system that can tolerate expansion• A space where your deeper truth can surface without being...
