Just dropping in to let you know that Insight Timer has been recognized as the best app in 2025 by New York Times!

I’ve been a user and a teacher on that app for several years now. Although, I haven’t been active on it lately, I sometimes drop in to offer live events and I intend to upload more meditations on the in the near future.

I also recommend this app to all the clients I work with and to people who express interest in meditation.

If you are not on it, I invite you to try it out. It’s free with a premium subscription if you choose to upgrade.
