Beloved, Just like you, I seek guidance on my path. I regularly ask my angels and spirit guides to send me messages that I’ll recognize clearly. Recently, one such message came through, a powerful quote by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. I heard it twice within 24 hours, from two completely different sources: a podcast and an audiobook by a different author. This synchronicity reminded me that as I find my own chronos (inner time), I begin to align with the “time outside of me.” When these rhythms sync, synchronicities become easier to recognize, not because they happen more often, but because I’m no longer rushing past them. Here’s the quote that found me:
“Power without love is reckless and abusive, and love without power is sentimental and anemic. Power at its best is love implementing the demands of justice, and justice at its best is power correcting everything that stands against love.” Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. If you feel called to align with your organic time and to transform your challenges into opportunities for growth, I invite you to join me on January 17th for a women’s gathering on the InsightTimer App. We’ll meet during the new moon, a time of stillness and seed. This gathering will give you space to share your struggles, listen deeply, and begin to alchemize them into medicine. You’ll reconnect with your inner rhythm, ground yourself, and synchronize your becoming with the cycles of nature. I’ll also briefly introduce my group coaching program, “Coming Home", a journey designed to guide you back to your essence, clarity, and purpose. With love. Gayane Kulikyan |

Hi dear, In this video, I share a brief reflection on my life journey, from becoming a refugee as a child to the work I do today as a Healer, Transformational Coach and Spiritual Guide. I don’t go into the full story, but I speak to the primary lesson that shaped my life: self-empowerment. Becoming a refugee meant being forced to leave my homeland due to violence and lack of safety. It was a painful experience that required deep healing over time. As an adult, I came to understand that while...
Hi dear Reader I’m reaching out to invite you to help build a community created by women, for women. A space where you choose how to live—aligned with clarity, peace, and purpose. Where you know what truly makes you happy and alive. We still live in a patriarchal world, where profit often outweighs people. Where our lives are out of sync with nature’s rhythms and ancestral wisdom. Where menstrual cycles are dismissed as nuisances, rather than honored as powerful portals. Where women are...
Hi dear Reader, 75 meditators joined the live “Coming Home” community session. Together, we let go of agendas, slowed down and sat in stillness. At the end, I shared a short message about the collective awakening we are moving through. If you were there, I’d love to hear from you. You can reply to this note to share what unfolded for you. During the session, I noticed one of my patterns arise: “I need to do something. I need to help people. I need to rescue.” I acknowledged it, but I didn’t...
