The Question That Changed My Life

There was a season of my life when one question followed me everywhere.

Who am I?

It wasn't just a thought.

It was an ache.

I remember cold winter mornings.
The alarm would go off.
Outside, everything was gray.
Inside, I felt even grayer.

I'd get dressed, drive to my corporate job at a global Fortune 500 company, smile when I needed to, complete my work, and quietly wonder how I had become so unhappy.

From the outside, my life looked stable.

Inside, I felt disconnected from myself.

Every evening I'd come home emotionally exhausted.

I'd close the front door, sink into the sofa and cry.

Not because I hated my life.

But because I knew I wasn't living my life.

At night, I'd lie awake asking the same question over and over again.

Who am I?

Looking back now, I realize that question wasn't a sign that something was wrong with me.

It was my Soul trying to get my attention.

For years, I had become so focused on meeting expectations, becoming successful, being responsible and doing what I thought I "should" do that somewhere along the way, I lost touch with the woman underneath all of it.

Maybe you know that feeling.

Perhaps you keep everyone else afloat while quietly wondering when it will be your turn.

Perhaps you've achieved many of the things you thought would make you happy, yet something still feels missing.

Perhaps you've become so accustomed to taking care of everyone else that you no longer know what you truly want.

If so, I want you to hear this:

You are not broken.

You have not failed.

You have simply become disconnected from yourself.

And what has been disconnected can be reconnected.

I eventually made one of the biggest decisions of my life.

I left my career in corporate America and stepped into the path my Soul had been quietly calling me toward.

Today, I have the privilege of supporting women as a coach and healer.

Now I wake up connected to my Soul.

I notice Life gently guiding me through unexpected synchronicities and moments of grace.

At night, I no longer replay everything that's wrong.
I fall asleep in gratitude.
In peace.
In conversation with the life I'm consciously creating.

The greatest transformation wasn't changing careers.
It was remembering who I am.
And that's why I do this work.

Because there are so many women who appear to have it all together while silently carrying the weight of stress, unhappiness, and the feeling that they don’t know who they truly are.

And I want them to know...
You are not lost forever.
The woman you're longing to become has been within you all along.

If this resonates with you, I'm offering five complimentary "Find Your Way Back to Yourself" sessions.

Together we'll explore where you've lost connection with yourself and what your next step home might look like.

Simply reply to this email with the word HOME, or send me a message.

It would be an honor to walk beside you.

With love,

Gayane

If not, I am cooking...
