Poem: Success

Hi dear,

I felt like sharing one of my poems with you today, so here it is:

Success

Do the stars succeed

when they shine their light

in the dark velvet night?

Why do we

toil under pressure

in the name of success?

Have we forgotten

that we are made of stars

made from the air we breathe

made from the rivers we drink

made from the rhythms of the Earth

that held our first steps

Do plants rush to success

or do they open to the sun

being risen from inside

by the Earth

that witnesses their cycles

from death to rebirth

without fail.

With love,

Gayane.

Here’s what I did: Consulted a trusted naturopath and used homeopathic remedies Asked my body directly what it needed Worked with a...

But this year, I’m committed to taking the actions I’m guided to take. I’m not pressuring myself about when or how but my intention is to follow through. In this season of my life, I’m...

Hi dear Reader, There are moments when you realizethe way you’ve been moving through life… isn’t sustainable. Not because you’re doing something wrongbut because something deeper is asking to lead. I want to share a glimpse of what that shift can look like. This is from a client I worked with: Before:“I’ve previously pushed myself quite hard, and tried to create things in a way that hasn't necessarily been sustainable. And that has come from some sort of worry, or lack, or fear. …I really...
